We are seeking a highly motivated Transport Logistics Coordinator Intern to join our International Warehousing and Distribution team at Philips.
This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in logistics and transportation to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. As a Transport Logistics Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for preparing daily meetings, managing transport orders and freight audits, supporting the transport department with daily tasks, and reporting on assigned issues.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
As a Transport Logistics Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with our experienced logistics team to ensure the smooth delivery of goods to production sites. You will also be involved in Excel data analysis and preparation of reports, which will help you develop your problem-solving and communication skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have a basic understanding of logistics principles.
