Job Title: Frontend Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineering Manager to lead our frontend development team in Poland. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the team's technical direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the frontend development team in Poland, providing technical guidance and direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the team's capabilities and codebase.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Manage the team's technical debt and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Participate in recruitment processes and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interact and negotiate with stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and workflow.
  • Experience with driving teams forward and strong leadership skills.
  • Very good communication skills in English (min. B2/C1) and average in Polish (min. B1).
