This role is part of the Information Technology function at JTI, specifically within the BTS Finance Performance Team. As the IT Process Analyst Manager, you will act as a service provider working under the BTS Team Lead to support the daily operations and effective performance of business solutions for the GSC area in SAP PPM and SAP PS.
Your key responsibilities include having ownership of application support requests, reproducing problems in the test system, investigating solutions, consulting with experts, testing implemented technical notes, communicating with vendors, and providing problem solutions to end-users. You will also participate in analyzing the impact of business requests on the GRM (global versus local) and coordinate application testing with quality assurance and technical teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely and quality solutions to users while ensuring they utilize the full application potential. You will also collaborate with local teams and global business owners in deploying global solutions to best suit local needs.
Key performance indicators for this role include monitoring the performance and effectiveness of specific business processes, assessing master data and reporting requirements for key users, and maintaining up-to-date documentation on business processes and systems.
The ideal candidate for this role should have sound knowledge of SAP PPM module, experience in Business Analysis, basic financial knowledge, and project management skills. They should also be able to analyze business requirements, design business processes, configure and coordinate applications, and maintain documentation.
As a team member, you will contribute to enhancing corporate financial planning solutions, improving automation, innovation, and IT systems roadmap. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, self-development, and continuous learning.
This role offers an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
