Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Manager to join our team in Warsaw. As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Order to Invoice (OTI) process for multiple entities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the OTI process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks
  • Supervise a team of OTI specialists, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external customers, resolving service and process issues
  • Support operational tasks, such as entering, tracking, and managing customer orders in relevant systems and databases
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support audit requirements related to the OTI process
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of the OTI process

Requirements

  • Leadership skills, including experience in leading meetings and driving results
  • Sound knowledge of SAP ERP, specifically modules SD and MM
  • Fluent communication in English and proficiency in Polish and/or Spanish/Italian languages
  • University degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Shared Services environment, with subject matter expertise in the Order to Invoice domain
  • Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Willingness to adapt to changing processes and learn new tools and systems
