Job Title: Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team at Publicis Le Pont. This role will be critical in supporting our project management and finance teams by preparing, consolidating, and analyzing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process financial data related to ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Verify the accuracy of received financial data and gather and consolidate data from various systems and sources.
  • Collect and analyze information from timesheets, ensuring data completeness and follow up with team members to ensure timely submission.
  • Process and refine data to prepare cyclical reports for internal use and support financial and project teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting needs.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and basic knowledge of financial processes and data management.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel or other data analysis tools and English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
