This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning and development and eager to grow their career in a global insurance company.
The Junior Learning Coordinator will support the team in executing our learning initiatives by coordinating course logistics, maintaining course master lists, managing registrations, preparing course materials, facilitating communication, organizing internal speakers, conducting sessions, distributing materials, evaluating feedback, and storing files.
Responsibilities:
- Course Logistics: Schedule and agree on course dates and times with Program Managers and facilitators.
- Course Master List: Update and manage the Global CI Academy courses master list.
- Registration Management: Set up registration pages, handle nominations, and manage participant lists on the Learning Management System.
- Course Materials: Develop course descriptions, outlines, and necessary documentation.
- Communication Facilitation: Draft and send nomination and registration emails, and manage communications with participants.
- Internal Speaker Coordination: Coordinate and invite internal speakers and participants.
- Session Conducting: Start, stop, and manage session recordings, breakout rooms, and Q&A sessions.
- Material Distribution: Share necessary files and materials with participants and instructors.
- Feedback Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback, and update records with attendance and feedback scores.
- File Storage: Manage and store related files, including recordings and shared documents, on document-sharing platforms like SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, including managing breakout rooms and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage end-to-end webinar processes.
- Multistakeholder Coordination: Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including internal speakers, external coaches, and participants.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, setting up speaker calls, and moderating sessions.
- English Proficiency: English skills – fluent written and spoken (C1 level).
- Participant Satisfaction: Strong focus on participant satisfaction and ability to handle troubleshooting and support efficiently.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and unexpected challenges, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement of webinar processes.
- Contract Commitment: Readiness for 12 months contract with prospect for permanent employment.
