Job Overview
Our Behavioral Health Therapists work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic services, including assessment, counseling, and case management. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. If you are passionate about making a difference in your community, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough assessments to determine client suitability for counseling services
- Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to agency and state regulations
- Collaborating with other human/social services to ensure seamless transitions and referrals
- Providing culturally sensitive services to meet the unique needs of each client and family member
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Regular attendance and adherence to all policies and procedures set by Compass Health Network

Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required
- Working knowledge of DSM-5 essential
- PLPC, LPC, LMFT, PMFT, LMSW, or LCSW licensure in Missouri mandatory
