We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at TN Poland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier professionals in the ABA industry.

This role may involve working with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the ABA industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract RBTs and BCBAs
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, certification programs, and ABA training institutions
  • Leverage job boards, professional organizations, and social media platforms to connect with potential hires

Responsibilities and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (experience in ABA or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ABA, including RBT and BCBA roles and certification requirements
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on compelling job descriptions and outreach messages
