The role of the External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE Senior Analyst involves working closely with Engagement Owners and Sponsorship Owners to ensure the successful execution of external stakeholder engagements and sponsorship requests. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in problem resolution and monitoring KPIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational guidance and administrative support to Engagement Owners and Sponsorship Owners, ensuring timely completion of transactions and follow-up on outstanding items.

Main Objectives:
  1. Provide Operational Guidance and Administrative Support: Assist Engagement Owners and Sponsorship Owners in executing external stakeholder engagements and sponsorship requests.
  2. Problem Resolution: Resolve problems in straightforward situations using technical experience and judgment.
  4. KPI Monitoring: Report and monitor KPIs and metrics for ESE and Sponsorship processes, ensuring alignment with established SLAs.

Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  4. Teamwork: Experience partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
