We are looking for a Visual Effects Specialist to lead our VFX team and contribute to the creation of stunning visual effects for our games. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VFX, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Unreal Engine 5 and be able to develop and optimize VFX workflows. They will also be able to collaborate with multiple disciplines to support gameplay, characters, cinematics, environments, and work with directors and production to craft project vision and estimate workloads.
Main Accountabilities- Lecturing, leading, mentoring, and guiding VFX artists.
- Developing and optimizing VFX workflows.
- Prototyping, researching, and integrating particle effects for our game in Unreal Engine 5.
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines to support gameplay, characters, cinematics, environments, with VFX requirements.
- Work with directors and Production to craft project vision and estimate workloads.
- Research new and innovative workflows, push what is possible in VFX.
- Ensure VFX content is performant and within budgets.
