Job Summary

As a professional with a proven track record in service sales, you have a unique opportunity to join our team as a Germany Market Expansion Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and expansion in the German-speaking markets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a market expansion strategy for the DACH region, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  • Become an expert in the German-speaking market, developing a deep understanding of its dynamics and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and partners in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
  • Collaborate with local recruiters to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Germany, minimizing risks and optimizing business operations.
  • Contribute to the development of growth strategies, advising on optimal employment conditions.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales in German-speaking countries and/or the Netherlands.
  • In-depth knowledge of the German-speaking market and an extensive network of contacts in the DACH region.
  • Fluency in German and very good English skills.
  • Practical experience in HR services or employment agencies is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Germany.
  • Ability to build business relationships and negotiate terms with contractors.
  • Proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in organizing accommodation or stays for foreign workers.
  • Practical knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Availability to start in Q4 2024.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and strong teamwork skills.
