Architect / BIM Modeler

At PTAK S.A., we are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating 3D models in a BIM environment for attractions, buildings, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project documentation for attractions, buildings, and public spaces.
• Preparing architectural visualizations to assist in presenting ideas to the team and clients.
• Collaborating with other architects, designers, and engineers to ensure projects are completed according to the concept and budget.
• Participating in the planning and development of new attractions and the modernization of existing ones.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BIM and architecture.

Requirements:

• Higher education in architecture or a related field.
• Experience in preparing 3D/BIM models in accordance with documentation and guidelines.
• Proficiency in software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, AutoCAD.
• Creative skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Optional: knowledge of public space design principles and safety in amusement parks.
