BIM Modeler and Architect

Job Overview

Mandoria Amusement Park is seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler and Architect to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating 3D models in a BIM environment for attractions, buildings, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop 3D models for attractions, buildings, and public spaces in the park.
  
• Create project documentation for attractions, buildings, and public spaces.
  
• Prepare architectural visualizations to assist in presenting ideas to the team and clients.
  
• Collaborate with other architects, designers, and engineers to ensure projects are completed according to the concept and budget.
  
• Participate in the planning and development of new attractions and the modernization of existing ones.
  
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the entertainment and architectural industries to introduce innovations to projects.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Higher education in architecture or a related field.
  
• Experience in preparing 3D/BIM models in accordance with documentation and guidelines.
  
• Good knowledge of software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, AutoCAD.
  
• Creative skills and the ability to work in a team.
  
• Optional: knowledge of public space design principles and safety in amusement parks will be an additional advantage.
