As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying business needs, recommending solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-term project for one of our established clients from the leasing industry. You will be part of a 9-member team consisting of a Team manager/Analyst, 5 Business Analysts, 2 Solution Architects, and a UX Designer. The AUX team operates with a significant level of autonomy, utilizing proactive approaches and sound analysis practices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive analyses of client business needs and recommend suitable solutions;
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements from clients;
- Develop functional and non-functional specifications;
- Model business processes and identify areas for development and improvement;
- Interpret and assess the feasibility of business requirements and translate them into application and system functionalities;
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings, as well as project meetings;
- Collaborate with the development team to implement business requirements;
- Create and maintain project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle at both business and system levels;
- Participate in business trips to the United Arab Emirates (~2-week delegations) at the beginning of the project.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 4 years of experience in analysis in IT projects;
- Experience working with corporate clients in gathering requirements, analyzing and validating ideas for feasibility, and proposing solutions;
- Experience working with development teams, both in agile and cascading methodologies;
- The ability to model processes (UML, BPMN) and create project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases);
- The ability to monitor the execution of business assumptions and test implemented solutions;
- The ability to create project materials to enable labor and cost estimation;
- Knowledge of software development techniques and a very good understanding of technical aspects;
- Understanding of the principles and rules of solution architecture design;
- Experience working with technical documentation and specifications;
- Experience in creating and managing enterprise architecture;
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Nice to have: experience in preparing offer analysis; experience in pre-sales area; knowledge of prompt engineering techniques; ability to use AI tools to support analytical processes, in the field of system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions; experience working with United Arab Emirates clients.
