Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing annual performance targets and operating budget
  • Servicing as a resource for Team Leaders in reporting KPIs
  • Initiating and participating in projects to standardize, optimize, and automate operational processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SSC/BPO with a background in Accounting/Finance
  • Experience as a Manager supervising Team Leaders
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent English (B2+/C1)
