Job Description

Digital I&O Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital I&O Analyst to join our team at HEINEKEN Kraków. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Owner in gathering, defining, and prioritizing requirements with key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Owner in facilitating the gathering, definition, and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholders;
  • Assist the Product Owner in defining and owning the value definition of Stories;
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform requirements;
  • Help the Product Owner translate client business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, and use cases;
  • Complete user stories with Acceptance Criteria;
  • Work ahead of the team to elicit requirements for the next Sprint's Stories;
  • Provide discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process;
  • Support the Product Owner in engaging stakeholders to ensure the Product Team receives necessary inputs;
  • E nsure consistency of the overall solution;
  • Manage the quality of the solution and technical debt;
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluate them for applicability;
  • Participate in the selection of new technologies;
  • Be responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered to (i.e., Quality, Compliance); and perform any other tasks assigned by TL within the scope of functional responsibilities.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or other related studies;
  • A strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas;
  • 5 years' experience working with external vendors, resources, and contracts;
  • 5 years' experience working with OpCo's;
  • 3-5 years' experience working in agile teams in multi-cultural environments;
  • Business acumen, process improvement, and strategic thinking;
  • Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling;
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with rapid release cycles;
  • Preferably experience working in an Agile environment.
