About the Role: As a Digital Infrastructure Operations Specialist at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, you will play a critical part in managing services provided to our Operational Companies by our Technology and Procurement & Supply (TP&S) Supplier. This role is part of our Product Team, responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of technology services.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering working product enhancements within allocated timescales and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture.
  • Ensuring consistency of the overall solution by working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform requirements.
  • Managing the quality of the solution and technical debt, identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product, and proposing how to resolve these issues.
  • Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices, and evaluating them for applicability.
  • Participating in the selection of new technologies and ensuring adherence to overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices (i.e., Quality, Compliance).
  • Understanding business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assessing complexity, and translating into implementable solutions and configurations.
  • Ensuring product design and implementation adhere to functional requirements and architecture standards.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years' experience working in collaboration and EUD
  • 5 years' experience working with external vendors, resources, and contracts
  • 5 years' experience working with Operational Companies
  • 3-5 years' experience working in agile teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or other related studies
  • Strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Team player attitude and ability to work effectively at all levels of the product team
  • Ability to influence others to move toward consensus
  • Ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
  • Ability to work in teams and dedicate time for a team
  • Excellent written and verbal English; other languages may be advantageous
