About the Role
This senior position involves managing services provided by the TP&S Supplier to the Op Co's, ensuring seamless synergy between Product Teams. You will advise on technology areas used in the Op Co's, coordinate work, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions to minimize rework and foster a zero-defect culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver working product enhancements within allocated timescales and quality standards.
- Manage the quality of the solution and technical debt, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant developments in your functional area and ensure knowledge retention.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices.
- Evaluate new technologies for applicability and participate in their selection.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Collaboration and EUD.
- 5 years' experience working with external vendors, resources, and contracts.
- 5 years' experience working with Op Co's.
- 3-5 years' experience working in agile teams in a multi-cultural environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or related studies.
- Strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
