As a Marketing & Sales (M&S) Reporting Specialist, you'll play a critical role in generating Strategic Insights, Operational, and OneData reporting supporting different markets, migrating activities from assigned markets to the Global Business Service (GBS) Center, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of these reports.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic insights through data analysis for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation, including Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
- Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize current reporting processes.
- Supporting the Center Process Manager (CPM) in evaluating new market requests.
- Conducting quality checks to verify accuracy of reports generated by GBS.
- Managing various tasks and projects as needed and as directed by the manager.
