Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting and managing successful community management and social media initiatives.
  • Leveraging expertise in communication, analytics, leadership, and business to excel in this role.
  • Directly managing community managers and conducting regular coaching sessions.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of community management services across multiple projects.

Achieving success in this role requires

Strong Communication Skills, including assessing team performance, providing feedback, and preparing team-building activities.

Excellent Leadership Abilities, such as directing community managers, conflict management, and reporting project statuses.

Business Acumen, encompassing process management, quality control, and setting goals for teams.

The ideal candidate will possess

Minimum 3 years of community management or social media management experience in gaming, with expertise in creating strategies, content, and copywriting for platforms like X, Facebook, and Instagram.

Proven experience managing/leading teams in the games industry at least for 1 year OR 2+ years experience as a Senior Social Media Manager/Senior Community Manager.

Excellent level of English and availability to work 9am to 5pm CEST. Home-based in Europe (ideally in Spain, Poland, or UK).

Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure, high organization skills, and strong competency using spreadsheet software (Excel, GSheets). We welcome people from all over the world to join our diverse and inclusive company culture.
