Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Support Agent to join our team at TN Poland. As a Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and providing excellent support to our users.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Azure Resources: You will be responsible for creating, configuring, and managing Azure resources, including Kubernetes clusters, storage accounts, networking components, secrets, and certificates.
  2. Implement Security Measures: You will design and implement security measures to protect our data and systems from potential threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  3. Analyze and Resolve Issues: You will investigate and resolve issues related to the cloud infrastructure, collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
  4. Coordinate Outages: In the event of an outage, you will coordinate with other product teams to identify the root cause, implement necessary changes, and restore services as quickly as possible.
  5. Monitor System Performance: You will continuously monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to enhance overall efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with Team Members: You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operation of cloud services, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Stay Up-to-Date: You will stay current with the latest Azure features, best practices, and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our cloud infrastructure and services.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: You must have proven experience as a Cloud Administrator or similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage and maintain complex cloud environments.
  2. Strong Knowledge: You must have strong knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure from well-known hyperscalers, preferably Azure.
  3. Experience with Tools: You must have experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar, showcasing your ability to leverage these tools to optimize cloud operations.
  4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: You must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, enabling you to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  5. Azure Certification: While not mandatory, Azure certification is highly valued and can be beneficial in demonstrating your expertise.
