Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to join our team at TN Poland, supporting global technology projects in the banking and finance industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technology projects successfully, ensuring benefits realization, and aligning project objectives with wider program goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain project plans, building stakeholder buy-in and ensuring commitments are met.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communication, and budget.
  3. Work closely with technology teams and product owners to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management and maturity in Agile methodologies.
  4. Maintain focus on how the project aligns with company-wide objectives and the change portfolio.
  5. Manage, monitor, and report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
  6. Make recommendations to influence decision-making and maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
  7. Strategize and improve the partner test environment by leveraging people and technology.
  8. Establish effective governance and controls in line with the Business Transformation Framework and coordinate cross-technology team efforts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Prior working experience in the banking sector.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Experience in task and financial tracking.
  • Strong risk identification, tracking, and mitigation experience.
  • Effective issue management, escalation, and reporting.
  • Understanding technical discussions and translating them into business-friendly terms.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and prioritize activities while setting expectations with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with test automation is a plus.
  • Willingness to visit Krakow up to three times a month.
