Project Manager Change Management Specialist

Altimetrik Poland is a digital enablement company that delivers innovative solutions to enterprises and startups. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in change management to lead our team in implementing new Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools for a leading global healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver COTS tool implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to address the impacts of new tools on stakeholders, processes, and systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful adoption of new tools.
- Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs and support materials to facilitate user adoption and minimize resistance to change.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts and provide regular updates to leadership on project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven project and change management experience, preferably within a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of COTS tools and their implementation processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on results and continuous improvement.
