We are seeking a skilled Chief Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at CKH Group in EMEA. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, US GAAP to Local GAAP reconciliations, and other critical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly tasks such as VAT, Intrastat report, Payroll, Balance sheet recons, SOX binders;
  • Prepare the year-end financial close activities (US GAAP to Local GAAP reconciliations, Local GAAP financial statements drafting);
  • Contact with auditors for preparation of PBC list;
  • Contact with external consultants for annual CIT questionnaires preparation;
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting, tax, and finance projects;
  • Support team leader in achieving smooth operation of all transaction parts and monthly reporting;
  • Provide guidance to junior staff and assist with mentoring staff to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
  • 3-5 years' experience in accounting & taxation;
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel;
  • Fluency in English and German language (written and verbal skills);
  • Good knowledge of Accounting Principles and Taxation;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills with proactive, supportive, and positive approach;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • SAP ERP knowledge is required;
  • SSC environment would be a key asset.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The exact salary will be discussed during the interview process.
