Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Research Associate to perform monitoring and site management work. The role involves ensuring that sites conduct studies and report data as required by the study protocol, applicable regulations and guidelines, and sponsor requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities, with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Collaborating with the development team to create a subject recruitment plan.
  • Establishing regular communication with assigned sites and providing protocol and related study training.
  • Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices and escalating any issues as necessary.
  • Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolution.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline or equivalent education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in on-site monitoring of clinical trials (preferably in CVRM/Oncology).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of Polish and English language.
