Client Success Strategy Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Strategy Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Needs Assessment: Assess client needs and develop strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  3. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, coordinating calls and meetings as needed, in collaboration with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to ensure clear and accurate exchange of information.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in both English and French
