Customer Success and Renewals Manager

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success and Renewals Manager to join our team at Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract renewal process, including quoting, negotiated paperwork, customer PO/approval process, and follow-up on late payments.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and track subscription and contract renewal dates.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing teams to align on account strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with the legal team for contract negotiations and agreements.
- Negotiate renewal terms and pricing.
- Develop engagement strategies to inform customers about product updates, enhancements, and best practices.
- Implement strategies to defend against customer churn rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and SaaS product knowledge.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience working with customers.
- Fluent English and German is a must.
- Client-focused attitude — a customer advocate.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written are a must.
- Previous direct experience and demonstrated comfort in interacting with Senior Management will be a plus.
- Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment.
- Understanding of packaged application software implementation practices.
- Strong analytical skills.
