The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients' processes. Your role encompasses client relationship management as well as operational process handling.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and maintaining strong operational customer relationships
  2. Delivering timely responses to merchant account requests
  3. Participating in customer meetings to ensure operational performance meets expectations
  4. Maintaining service quality within agreed SLA parameters
  5. Providing regular reports on management and account performance
  6. Addressing escalations through effective collaboration with CS teams and other departments
  7. Managing customer queries for assigned merchants by leveraging knowledge of RB products and processes

Requirements:

  1. Languages: Croatian, Dutch or French + Polish, English
  2. Experience in a similar role or within the cashless payments sector
  3. Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and interact with various stakeholders
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong persuasion and closing skills
  6. Results-driven and proactive attitude
