We are searching for a Customer Success Executive to join our Warsaw-based team at Procter & Gamble. As a critical component of our organization, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through strategic business planning.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to create Customer Business Plans
  • Co-leading year-end negotiations to secure sales agreements
  • Leveraging portfolio management to maximize trade funds for sustainable growth
  • Utilizing customer insights to inform P&G initiative planning
  • Overseeing the deployment of resources to achieve value creation and in-store presence goals
  • Managing daily operations, including volume forecasting, customer reporting, and budgeting
  • Identifying and implementing new ideas to boost sales performance
  • Sharing category expertise with the team
  • Fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
