We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal sales staff and strategic partners, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver new applications generated by Elavon's German Sales Team.
- Support applications daily, including reviewing problems reported, prioritizing and researching these problems, determining solutions, and resolving them.
- Review merchant applications for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the boarding team on open issues and pending applications.
- Implement approved MIDs and inform partners, merchants, and sales teams of implementation.
- Maintain and update databases of existing merchants and partners.
- Serve as a primary support contact internally and for partners.
- Assist sales teams with common questions and administrative issues.
- Participate in important customer meetings to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
