Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage customer success across the entire post-sale journey, from onboarding through advocacy to renewal.
- Combine your knowledge of our platform with understanding of clients' organizations and key stakeholders to build excellent cooperation.
- Own revenue growth for assigned portfolios, identifying upsell opportunities while mitigating churn risks.
- Think strategically to establish satisfaction from using our platform, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
- Act as a Customer Advocate within Zowie, collecting feedback and contributing to product roadmap development.
- Represent clients at company meetings and participate in customer meet-ups, sharing success stories with the Marketing Team.
- 4+ years of B2B customer-facing experience (min. mid-market, preferably international accounts)
- Hands-on experience working consultatively on SaaS solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Track record of building successful client relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Self-awareness and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment, constantly learning and growing
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, connecting with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical approach backed by digital technical skills and operational mindset
