Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage customer success across the entire post-sale journey, from onboarding through advocacy to renewal.
  • Combine your knowledge of our platform with understanding of clients' organizations and key stakeholders to build excellent cooperation.
  • Own revenue growth for assigned portfolios, identifying upsell opportunities while mitigating churn risks.
  • Think strategically to establish satisfaction from using our platform, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
  • Act as a Customer Advocate within Zowie, collecting feedback and contributing to product roadmap development.
  • Represent clients at company meetings and participate in customer meet-ups, sharing success stories with the Marketing Team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 4+ years of B2B customer-facing experience (min. mid-market, preferably international accounts)
  • Hands-on experience working consultatively on SaaS solutions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Track record of building successful client relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-awareness and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment, constantly learning and growing
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, connecting with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical approach backed by digital technical skills and operational mindset
