At Cisco, our mission is to empower customers to achieve maximum value and growth with our technologies. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be pivotal in guiding customers to adopt and thrive with our solutions, helping them reach their business and technical goals.

Your Impact
  • Drive software utilization to ensure value realization, leading to customer renewals and business growth.
  • Proactively manage renewal risks and facilitate workshops to track adoption progress and successful onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their challenges and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Business Entities to identify valuable use cases.
  • Acknowledge as a technology advocate, offering feedback to Cisco's product teams and staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Mentor customers to help them achieve their goals with Cisco technologies.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of a single technology architecture or equivalent certification such as CCIE.
  • Experience developing software adoption plans across a technology portfolio.
  • Experience building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional virtual teams in a matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with recurring revenue concepts, margin, and attrition.
  • Experience in positioning and driving Buying Programs (EA, SPNA, WPA).
  • Experience in providing ATR analysis and forecast based on software adoption.
