About the Role
As a Global Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success for our Strategic & Enterprise accounts. You will serve as a trusted partner to our customers, managing ongoing relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
You will play a pivotal lead role in developing and executing strategies to deepen customer relationships, drive retention and growth, and improve overall customer experience. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, data center management, and operations, to raise awareness and drive resolution of customer-impacting issues.
The ideal candidate will have proven years of Customer Success/Account Management experience and excellent communication, active listening, and strategic questioning skills. They will also have the ability to analyze and utilize customer data to drive decision-making and strategy development.
Responsibilities
