We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS ADVOCATE to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and customer success, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, and developing and executing plans to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  3. Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing activities.
  5. Continuously improve sales and customer success processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Up to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  2. Fluent English and German is a must.
  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
