We're seeking a product-minded Customer Success Director in Warsaw.
  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage post-sale customer journeys for a portfolio of customers - from kick-off through advocacy to renewal.
  • Combine knowledge of Zowie's ins and outs with customer understanding to build excellent cooperation.
  • Owning revenue growth, identify upsell opportunities while mitigating churn risks.
  • Establish and maximize satisfaction using our platform, as an ambassador to customers.
  • Act as a Customer Advocate within Zowie, collecting feedback for successful product roadmaps.
  • Share insights about Zowie's performance for customers with the Team, presenting at company meetings and participating in customer meet-ups.
You'll bring:
  • 2+ years B2B experience, preferably mid-market and international accounts.
  • Consultative SaaS solution experience.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Track record of building customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-awareness and drive in fast-paced environments, hooked on learning.
  • Excellent project management skills, problem-solving ability.
  • Analytical and detail-focused approach, backed by strong digital technical skills.
  • Operational mindset, strong sense of ownership.
