We're seeking a product-minded Customer Success Director in Warsaw.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sale customer journeys for a portfolio of customers - from kick-off through advocacy to renewal.
- Combine knowledge of Zowie's ins and outs with customer understanding to build excellent cooperation.
- Owning revenue growth, identify upsell opportunities while mitigating churn risks.
- Establish and maximize satisfaction using our platform, as an ambassador to customers.
- Act as a Customer Advocate within Zowie, collecting feedback for successful product roadmaps.
- Share insights about Zowie's performance for customers with the Team, presenting at company meetings and participating in customer meet-ups.
- 2+ years B2B experience, preferably mid-market and international accounts.
- Consultative SaaS solution experience.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Track record of building customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-awareness and drive in fast-paced environments, hooked on learning.
- Excellent project management skills, problem-solving ability.
- Analytical and detail-focused approach, backed by strong digital technical skills.
- Operational mindset, strong sense of ownership.
