About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Warsaw. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll play a critical role in helping them achieve their business goals and objectives.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND OBJECTIVES
  • IMPLEMENT CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS TO MEET CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE STRATEGIES TO EXPAND CUSTOMER BASE AND INCREASE REVENUE
  • COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND DELIVER BUSINESS OUTCOMES
  • STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS, COMPETITOR ANALYSIS, AND MARKET RESEARCH TO INFORM BUSINESS DECISIONS
