Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Success Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of Mastercard Services, Data and Platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SaaS solutions or data products and working in customer delivery or consulting fostering strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Acting as a coach for our customers, supporting them in implementing our products and solutions in ways that add value for their businesses.
  2. Conducting platform demonstrations, training, and hosting webinars.
  3. Leading assigned delivery projects to ensure contractual objectives and delivery on-time goals are met.
About You
  • Experience in delivery of SaaS solutions or data products.
  • Proven experience working in customer delivery or consulting fostering strong customer engagement.
  • Execute a data-driven approach to defining priorities and tracking success.
