Asana's mission is to help teams orchestrate their work, from small projects to strategic initiatives. To achieve this, we need a Customer Trust Expert to lead our customer-facing trust initiatives. This role is based in our Warsaw office and requires an office-centric hybrid schedule.

You will be responsible for leading our Customer Trust Programs, which involve improving how Asana responds to security questionnaires, customer audits, and trust-related inquiries. This requires scalable processes that align with business growth. You will also support our Sales & GTM Teams by partnering with them to proactively address and prioritize customer security and compliance requirements.

In addition, you will engage with customers, participate in customer calls and security discussions, and clearly articulate Asana's security and compliance posture. Your goal will be to identify and prioritize customer needs, work cross-functionally with internal teams to prioritize gaps, and advocate for security and compliance improvements based on customer expectations.
