About This Role: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Okta.
This role involves working with our customers to resolve issues with our suite of products, troubleshooting complex problems, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Take ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, root cause identification, and resolution.
- Meet customer expectations on response quality, timeliness, and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain knowledge within the support group.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer issues in cloud-based directory services, Active Directory, LDAP, and Office 365.
- Document customer issues and report product defects to the engineering team.
