We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary. Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services. Stay informed about updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support system. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for common customer queries.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other internal teams to convey customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer support processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support. Provide feedback on support processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
