About the Role
We're seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a frontline customer advocate, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing seamless multi-channel support through phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support on Live Chat and via e-mail, ensuring prompt resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Answer inbound calls, addressing customer concerns with speed and effectiveness.
- Beyond transactions, your interactions contribute to an outstanding customer service experience, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
About You
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of written and spoken English.
- You have experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone.
- You're adaptable and able to work under time pressure.
