We're seeking a Customer Success Advocate to champion our customers' needs and drive sales growth at Unilever.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales/channel marketing, with expertise in developing and implementing effective customer plans. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through regular business review meetings.
- Analyze sell-in & sell-out data to optimize business decisions.
- Presentation development and delivery for clients.
- Sales performance monitoring through daily and monthly reports.
- Continuous evaluation of promotions and budget management.
The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrate a solid understanding of SOL (Standards of Leadership) Behaviours, and be passionate about delivering results.
