We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing seamless multi-channel support through phone, email, and live chat.
You'll not only process orders and maintain customer data but also expertly handle inquiries and complaints with efficiency and finesse. Working in a vibrant multinational environment, you will collaborate across departments, forging strong connections with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Your interactions contribute to an outstanding customer service experience, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. You'll answer inbound calls and provide real-time support on Live Chat and via e-mail, pushing the boundaries of service standards; your role goes beyond tasks; it's about creating lasting positive impressions with every customer interaction.
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:- Fluent level of Hungarian language and good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the changing environment
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
