About the Role

At Strategy, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team as a Senior Renewals Coordinator. This role will focus on managing all aspects of the contract renewal process, including quoting, negotiated paperwork, customer PO/approval process, and follow-up on late payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track subscription and contract renewal dates.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing teams to align on account strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the legal team for contract negotiations and agreements.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and pricing.
  • Develop engagement strategies to inform customers about product updates, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Implement strategies to defend against customer churn rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and SaaS product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of experience working with customers.
  • Fluent English and German is a must.
  • Client-focused attitude — a customer advocate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written are a must.
  • Previous direct experience and demonstrated comfort in interacting with Senior Management will be a plus.
  • Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment.
  • Understanding of packaged application software implementation practices.
  • Strong analytical skills.
