About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive customer retention and growth strategies, leveraging their expertise in CRM and consumer insights to deliver business results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven retention programs, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and CRM tools such as ACS (Adobe Campaign Standards), CDP (Consumer Data Platform), and UTM Tool.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of customer retention and growth strategies, driving their implementation across the organization.
- Lead CRM retention management based on customer insights, business objectives, and marketing strategies.
- Manage customer data, focusing on developing customer segmentation and targeting, aligned with global guidelines and localization objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new campaigns, preparing reports to inform business decisions.
- Develop and track program effectiveness, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement, recommending solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Plan and control budgets, collaborating with internal departments and external partners to achieve business goals.
- University degree in business, marketing, or economics.
- 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in a CRM Manager role within an agency or retail/FMCG organization.
- Proven track record of success in deploying CRM strategies, lifecycle campaigns, and retention programs.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools.
- Good team player, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time employment contract.
