We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead key business transformations in the payments sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that both business and IT teams are aligned and able to drive operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, facilitating smooth transformation processes.
  • Proactively identify areas for optimization, ensuring systems and processes are resilient and scalable.
  • Promote agile methodologies within the team, fostering cross-functional collaboration for efficient initiative execution.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in payments, particularly cross-border transactions, with a comprehensive understanding of payment infrastructure and processing systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling effective requirements gathering and solution specification.
  • Proven experience in agile environments, utilizing frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and working with complex technological landscapes.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate discussions and collaborate with international teams.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in technology, IT/business analysis, and a strong engineering mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking systems, cross-border payments, and industry standards like SWIFT, ISO messages, Real-Time payments.
  • Familiarity with data migration, mapping, interface design, and process modeling.
