Project:
The project focuses on automation, security, and efficiency in KYC application management, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Key activities include implementing automation features, maintaining technical documentation, and providing technical expertise for complex issues.

The team will act as a point of contact for the KYC System Team and Test Team, supporting test case development and ensuring system optimization. Additionally, the project covers maintenance activities such as software upgrades, license renewals, patching, and vulnerability management to maintain system availability and IT support.

Expected outcomes: improved efficiency, stronger security compliance, better collaboration, and increased system stability through proactive maintenance and optimization.

Expected competences and knowledge:

  • 3+ years experience managing ITIL Service operation processes (including event management, incident management, problem management, request fulfilment).
  • 3+ years experience managing ITIL Service transition processes (including change management).
  • Understand the concept of continuous integration and deployment pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins, Ninjago).
  • Focus on continuous improvement of services provided by the team.
  • Competency to understand architecture and IT solution design documents.
  • Strong technical and leadership background.
  • Creative and innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working internationally and with multicultural awareness.
  • Direct focus toward customers.
  • Drive to achieve goals.
  • Eager to learn and follow new technologies.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and implement automation features for more efficient and secure application portfolio management.
  • Ensure all security aspects are in place and aligned with client's processes.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation about all services and environments within the scope of the Application Support team.
  • Provide technical expertise on complex technical issues and guide team members in solving technical problems.
  • Guide team members and project stakeholders to ensure deliverables are accurate, optimized, and secure.
  • Be proactive and engaged in KYC technical domain initiatives.
  • Make recommendations for technology infrastructure, software, and equipment.
  • Be the point of contact for the KYC System Team on all technical aspects.
  • Be the point of contact for the Test Team, providing input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Drive and coordinate maintenance activities such as software upgrades, license renewals, hardware ordering and decommissioning, patching, and vulnerability management.
  • Maintain system availability and ensure a sufficient level of IT support.
