About the Opportunity

Role Requirements

Olympus Business Services Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for someone with experience in credit management, collections, or a related field.

In this role, you will analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness, manage debtor accounts, and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness.
  • Manage debtor accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Reports to management outstanding issues, highlighting potential areas of risk.

Requirements:

  • Experience in credit management, collections, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in O2C processes/Finance/Collections/Credit Management.
  • Strong business English (oral and written skills).
  • Knowledge of other foreign language will be an advantage.
