Senior Research Manager Role:

As a Senior Research Manager, you'll be exposed to all facets of the research world, utilizing your critical skills to challenge conventional brand tracking studies. You'll serve as the primary contact person for our clients, acting as a subject matter expert and advising them on how studies should be conducted, and how results can help their businesses grow.

You'll be one of the key advisors to Client Directors and peer Senior Research Managers in setting the gold standard for multi-country studies at MetrixLab, mentoring junior researchers on best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the lead researcher for specific client teams, owning complete responsibility for projects with the assistance of junior researchers. You'll work closely with Client Directors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • You'll have a deep understanding of client business issues and design research projects to tackle them effectively, presenting findings to clients.
  • You'll play an active role in guiding and developing the team's project management, research design, and report writing skills.
  • We're looking for someone who can effectively coordinate with other teams, plan ahead, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Last but not least, we're keen on a team player who's eager to participate and contribute ideas to team events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A first-class degree from a relevant university (e.g., Marketing/business/Psychology/Sociology/Economics/Communications etc.).
  • At least 6+ years of experience in quantitative studies in a research agency; experience with brand health tracking research is an advantage.
  • Experience in tackling clients' business questions and presenting findings to clients.
  • Solid foundational research knowledge and excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior researchers on project deliverables.
  • A passion for brands and advertising.
  • Proficiency in English is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to express oneself fluently in Polish.
