About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader with exceptional French language skills to oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of process activities within our Invoice processing EMEA GBS STP team. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, setting goals, and defining priorities for the team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of process activities within the Invoice processing EMEA GBS STP team.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including Procurement, Suppliers, etc.).
  • Set goals and define priorities for the team; support team members in solving problems on a daily basis.
  • Ensure process execution aligns with policies, legal regulations, internal controls, and standards.
  • Proactively drive standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope.
  • Ensure process documentation (process maps and Standard Operating Procedures) is in place and regularly updated.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor position.
  • Excellent written and spoken French language skills.
  • Good written and spoken English language skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • High problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Very good communication skills and assertiveness.
